Delete inside the app

Deletion starts immediately after you confirm from the message sent to the email address registered on your account.

1. Open Milzmaty and sign in.
2. From the bottom bar, open More.
3. From More, choose Delete account.

After you confirm from your email, the account and the personal data listed below are deleted and cannot be restored. You can create a new account later with the same email address.

Data we delete

• Registered email address and account identifier
• Name and profile details
• Schedules, lessons, and preparation notes
• Tasks, reminders, and notifications tied to the account
• Achievement reports and evidence files stored in the account
• Notes, ratings, and in-app feedback
• Sign-in sessions and verification codes

Data we keep, and for how long

• Billing and payment records required by Saudi regulations: kept only for that legal period, and for no more than 10 years, then deleted. We do not use them for marketing.
• Backup copies that still contain your data: erased within 30 days after the account is deleted.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Milzmaty account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, and we do not require you to cancel it before deletion. To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple or Google, not by deleting the account.
